I have found I love to be active with my friends and family.   I lift weights with my husband.   I swim with the kids.  I walk with friends.  I ride bikes with other friends.   I do things.    This activity, this movement was actually beyond me for a number of years.   To have it back again, that’s worth the individual workouts that challenge me where I struggle to finish.  It also means I watch what I am eating so I can fuel my body with the great things instead of making do with just good things.   It’s all there.   It’s all part of the package.   Build the life you want – it’s not a snap of your fingers.    It’s a collage of all your choices.
